- Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear (Boxer Briefs, Boxer Shorts, Briefs)

Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by HypeWardrobe Store.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
