Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear (Boxer Briefs, Boxer Shorts, Briefs)
  • Jewelry
  • Hats

These items are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by HypeWardrobe Store.

Shipping Costs for Returns
